1. 1-Year Color Warranty (Special Assurance)

We stand by our product quality.

  • If your product’s color fades within 1 year, you are eligible for a refund or exchange
  • You only need to provide:
    • Order ID or Order Receipt
    • Clear proof of color fading we need video of product

2. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or missing parts
  • You received the wrong item (color/size/model)
  • The item is unused, in original packaging, with all seals intact
  • Your order was not delivered as placed

➡️ In such cases, you are eligible for a refund or exchange within 7 days

Note:
For hygiene reasons, skincare products (like the Glowsome Cleanser) cannot be returned if opened or used.

3. How to Start a Return

  • Contact Us: WhatsApp us with your Order ID and photo/video proof
  • Approval: We’ll review and share the return warehouse address
  • Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

4. Refunds

  • Processed via:
    • Bank Transfer
    • EasyPaisa
    • JazzCash
  • Timeline: Within 5 working days after inspection
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Order Cancellations

  • Allowed within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible
